About us
Incubator “+973 Artisanat Creative Entrepreneurs”, established in 2012 by Dr. Shaikha May Bint Sulaiman Mohamed AlOtaibi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mayasem Communications. We are the first and only non-profit initiative in the Kingdom of Bahrain in partnership with Tamkeen and the Ministry of Labour and Social Development aimed at encouraging and empowering local talent. For its first four years, +973 Artisanat was under the patronage of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in 2017 the project moved under the patronage of Ministry of Labour and Social Development , making it the first ever private sector project to be directly associated with a government organisation.
